No refunds are provided for digital goods once delivered unless the product is defective and verified as such.

4. Delivery

Most services are delivered digitally within 24–72 hours unless a custom timeline is agreed upon.
Login credentials, downloadable files, or access links are sent via email or WhatsApp.
Users are responsible for verifying receipt and contacting us in case of delivery issues.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, and products delivered are either owned by Nour Elroa Services or created under license. Clients are granted usage rights for their intended purpose but may not resell, modify, or distribute the materials without written consent.

Third-party software or platform changes that affect account usage (e.g., Canva or ChatGPT policy changes)
User misuse of delivered content or credentials
Delays caused by internet service, force majeure, or external technical failures
